Spread across a 42-acre plot, Kalina Residence has lush green common spaces – trees, flowering shrubs, and evergreen plants that create an astonishing ambiance throughout the seasons. An aesthetically shaped and habitable environment has been created. The selected flora is harmonious to the climate and altitude of the village of Bistritsa.

The unique climate and location, supported by great attention to detail and love of nature, allow us to observe a variety of plant species, including Mursal tea and Edelweiss.

The residence manager provides services such as painting, cleaning the yard throughout the seasons, accommodation for visitors, arranging maid services, shopping, cooking, hourly care for young children and elders.

One of the highlights of the Kalina project is the Administrative Building. Built to serve the future owners, it combines administrative and residential functions on a total area of 400 m2. It also includes a meeting room where each owner can hold their own business conversations and meetings, when needed. Naturally the residence provides a sufficient number of parking spaces for visitors.
